Fully insured UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £249 and £9.95 for orders under £249. Each product page displays accurate, up-to-date dispatch times so you know exactly when your order will leave our warehouse.
Once you’ve placed your order, most items arrive the next working day (remote locations may take an extra 1–2 days). As soon as our courier partner collects your package, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door. Please allow a little extra time during peak periods, as carriers may be experiencing higher demand.

Express Dispatch
Look for the Express Dispatch tag on product listings to upgrade your entire order for just £9.95 extra—no matter how many eligible items you add. Place your Express order by 11 am (Monday–Friday), and we’ll dispatch the upgraded items the very next working day.

Dispatch estimates are shown on each product page. Wherever possible, we aim for just a few working days from order to delivery.
Can I have my order delivered to an alternate address?
Absolutely. Many customers choose to ship directly to their workplace or a friend’s address—just enter the preferred address at checkout.

Do I get notified of dispatch?
Yes—when your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we’ll email you with the planned delivery date and your tracking details.
What happens if I’m not in when the delivery arrives?
No problem. The driver will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery at a time that suits you. Re-delivery is free of charge.
The parcel is damaged—what do I do?
All packages are fully insured against damage. If the box is visibly damaged on arrival, please mark “damaged” on the driver’s delivery note. Then contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll arrange a free replacement straight away.
Returns & Cancellation

Hassle-Free Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return any non-custom or non-made-to-measure items in their original, unused condition.

Made-to-Measure Products: As these are bespoke to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty.

Print your free return label and attach it to your package.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days back to your original payment method.
